Returns & Exchange policy
- You can exchange an item online at www.aviorjewels.com by initiating a query through the Whatsapp chat option available on the website or emailing us at email@example.com
- We accept exchange requests within 7 working days of you receiving the order.
- The product must be unused, unworn and without damage. Without this, the exchange would not be processed.
- To make an exchange, keep all tags, invoice and packaging with the product.
- Discounted products are not subjected to any returns and exchanges.
- Returns will be made through credit notes apart from the case of tear from the company’s part.
- Customised products cannot be exchanged unless the product received is damaged.
