What are the shipping charges?
We provide free shipping across India. However, COD orders have a COD Fee of INR 50/-
What is the estimated delivery timeline?
Orders can take upto 5-6 working days to be delivered to your doorstep. However, for personalized orders it could take upto 7-8 working days.
Do you ship internationally?
As of now we are not shipping internationally.
Do you offer Returns/Exchanges?
- Yes, we have a 7-Day Exchange policy. Products once purchased can be exchanged for store credit or different product. To know more
- We do not offer return or exchange on personalized orders.
Do you provide a care card & authenticity certificate with your products?
Yes, we provide both these certificates.

Are the products tarnish free?
If taken care of properly, the jewellery will keep its shine and polish. However, since the products are made in Silver they could lose shine over a period of time. Please refer to the care instructions page for more
If the product loses its polish, is there anything we can do?
Yes, you can reach out to us & send us the product back, we’ll get it repolished for you and it’ll be as good as new. We offer a lifetime plating service for our customers. T&C*
