Shipping policy

1. Depending upon the location, the product is delivered to you in 7-10 workings days after it has been dispatched from our warehouse.
2. Free shipping is available on all products in India.
3. Shipping charges will be applicable on any shipments outside of the country. The charges differ based on the country delivery is required in.
4. The whole order amount will be refunded if the order is cancelled or lost in transit by us.
5. Avior Jewels reserves the right to cancel any order as per the circumstances where company requirements are not met. In case after payment, any applicable refund will be made.
6. You can exchange an item online at www.aviorjewels.com by requesting a refund query through the Whatsapp chat option available on the website or emailing us at aviorjewelsjaipur@gmail.com
7. We accept exchange requests within 7 working days of you receiving the order.
8. The product must be unused, unworn and without damage. Without this, the return would not be processed.
9. To make a return, keep all tags, invoice and packaging with the product.
10. Discounted products are not subjected to any returns and exchanges.
11. Returns will be made through credit notes apart from the case of tear from the company’s part.

Cash on delivery -

1. To avail COD, all items in the cart should be applicable for C-O-D.
2. Pin code provided for Cash on Delivery should be in the serviceable area. If not available, use online payment options.
3. There is an extra charge of INR 100/- on COD Orders in India.
