Returns & Exchange policy

  • You can exchange an item online at by initiating a query through the Whatsapp chat option available on the website or emailing us at
  • We accept exchange requests within 7 working days of you receiving the order.
  • The product must be unused, unworn and without damage. Without this, the exchange would not be processed.
  • To make an exchange, keep all tags, invoice and packaging with the product.
  • Discounted products are not subjected to any returns and exchanges.
  • Returns will be made through credit notes apart from the case of tear from the company’s part.
  • Customised products cannot be exchanged unless the product received is damaged.
